COVID-19- Due to the unprecedented situation in New Zealand and around the world, shipping may be delayed.
We ship your order with CourierPost for standard parcels and NZ Post for larger parcels. We aim to get your order out as soon as possible so you should expect your parcel within 1-2 days of an order. To the South Island 2-3 days. Please note rural delivery will add an extra 1-3 days onto standard delivery times.
We require all our courier parcels to be signed for, if you are not home the courier will place a card to call. If a parcel is not collected within 10 days it will be returned to us.
If you would like your courier to leave your parcel without getting a signature, enter your tracking number on the NZ Post website and follow the instructions to give them authority to leave.
Our larger parcels with NZ Post are tracked and will be left at your door.
International Post is via NZ Post Untracked International Air this has an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days ***Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer international post via the website. However, you can still place an order via email. Please note standard untracked shipping to Australia is approx. 6 weeks. We suggest asking about our courier service.***
